Don't bother calling to make your appointment if you want assistance, the lady who answers the phone will rudely assume you don't have insurance coverage and hang up as soon as possible. I have more than one insurance, and am also fine with self-pay, which I didn't get the chance to discuss before being hung up on. I am glad to take my business elsewhere.

Where do I start… I have been going here for years and used to love it, but within the last couple of years, their service has steadily declined. Front Desk: Kerry always has an attitude. They have failed to send my prescriptions/ patient information to the correct office on SEVERAL occasions. When I bring this up to them, they either give me an attitude or refuse to apologize. Very frustrating. Wait Times: like most other negative reviews about this place, the wait times are ridiculous. No matter how early you arrive, you always end up waiting at least 15 minutes past your scheduled time to be seen (15 minutes is being generous btw..) Care: I am not a fan of Dr.Coleman (the one with the glasses). In my opinion, she is dismissive and way too aggressive with her care. Heads up, the follo

i love this office! Dr. Saunders always makes me feel so comfortable, despite most appointments consisting of generally uncomfortable, routine medical procedures. i’m only 21 and have only been coming here since i was 18, but i have never once not felt welcomed. everyone is extremely friendly and down to earth, they are great listeners and definitely are very knowledgeable. i have no plans on ever changing my OBGYN. definitely give this place a chance, especially if you are shy and a bit reserved like me. they will make you feel totally comfortable and heard. :)

I recently starting using Dr Coleman for my care. I am very happy that I found this office after much research! I was treated with much respect and EXCEPTIONAL care! I felt that she took as much time as necessary to provide my care and answered any questions that i had! She made me feel comfortable! I can not express how happy I am to have her as my Dr and have told all my friends about this office!
