The Northeast Dental Group was amazing. Everyone there are absolute gems, very very helpful, and super nice. I've always loved going to the dentist, and they just added onto the reasons why. Dr. Reid did fantastic work on my teeth with Brittney alongside her working just as well. These two did a fantastic job, fabulous work. I walked out of the office smiling and happy with my teeth on show for the world to view. Thank you guys for the lovely work.

GET A SECOND OPINION!!! When I brought my kids to their sixth month check-up I was told they had four and five cavities! Shocked bc my son has never had one I started to question it. I wanted to move to a dentist closer to home anyways so I decided to get a second opinion. There at the new dentist he said neither of my kids had cavities? I'm really losing trust in people! I'm so glad I made the switch or these people wldve drilled my kids for no reason... Oh wait for $ that's all!!! Highly dissatisfied and shocked!

My son had an appointment for 3:30pm today, we arrived on time and he was taken right back. I knew he had to have a procedure done but was unaware how long it would take. 90 minutes later, my wife called, asking if he was done yet and I said he was still in. She said he should've been done by now and asked me to check on him. When I inquired as to how much longer they'd be, the nurse said he had yet to be seen. There was another patient that took longer than expected, and they didn't think to contact a minor's parent to let me know how late they were running. Worst of all, my son had received 3 novocaine shots and left to sit there not knowing what was happening. I took him from there and left. Bullcrap that they left a kid with ADHD, to sit for 90 minutes, with 3 shots in his mouth, and

Dr. Devito and my hygienist were wonderful, however, their customer service is extremely poor. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone. The office manager, Jenna, at the Fayetteville office is horrendous in the way she speaks to clients. She is very unprofessional and inappropriate. In fact, this experience has solidified the fact that I, nor my children, will return for our dental care. I do not recommend this practice as customer service is simply not their priority.

Staff is the best and the dentists don't push for unnecessary dental procedures. I am so happy to finally have found an office that I'm not afraid to go to.
