Northeast Columbia Family Dentistry

I've been going to this dentist for a few years and I feel like every visit nothing gets done no explanation thoroughly and I leave confused and not satisfied. I got charged for a visit and she didn't perform no work on me. If you are going to force me to do something I can't do at the moment and charge me for something you wouldn't do then fix my temporarily problem then. If you can't help me with my dental problems then I'm going somewhere else

I've been using this dentist for several years but am now thinking about changing providers. The new tech who cleaned my teeth last week was just short of rude and talked down to me and she and the dentist talked about my persinal dental hygiene as if I weren't in the room. When I left, I could tell the backside of my bottom teeth jad not been properly cleaned. The front office staff is wonderful but they definitely need a better This tech for routine cleaning. This dentist also only does very basic dentistry, no extractions should one be needed.

It's been a few years since I had been here, and they got me in for a dental emergency within 2 hours of speaking to them. Have been using this office for 20 plus years. Everyone here is so kind and caring. Just never had a bad experience here.

They are very professional, and they do a very good job at cleaning and keeping you updated. They give great advice on what you should do to keep your teeth clean.

Ive called and left messages multiple times to make an appointment. No one ever answers or calls back so I give up.
