I took my dog, Loki, to his appointment yesterday, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and very professional from the moment we arrived. The doctor was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Loki was treated with such care, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood clinic! Stopped in to get an appt to have a stray cat neutered. From the moment I walked in to the time I picked my kitty back up, everyone was fantastic! Took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and even went out of the way to accommodate get the procedure done asap. Would highly recommend Dr Ng and her practice, just a great experience all around.

Office is very clean! Staff is a real caring, skilled and professional team. Dr. Ng is excellent!! My cats: Bonnie and Lucy were treated gently and both went home without being upset. I am very grateful for becoming a new client and they have 2 new patients!

I started taking my pets to Dr. Ng over 10 yrs ago after my parents recommended her. Her team always treats my fur-babies like their own.... snuggles, kisses, baby-talk, and treats ❤️ Dr. Ng takes the time to connect with my fur-babies, but as a Doctor she immediately focuses on my pets' conditions and advises me on all treatment options. I recommend 10/10

I have yet to meet a team this empathetic & personable. Don't think I even knew what a vet clinic should feel like until I found Dr. Ng & her staff, who did an incredible job with my fearful senior pup (blood draw from hell lol). They were amazing, patient from start to finish & actually raised the bar unmatched. You don't get rushed in & out of your appointment or brushed aside like another number, these awesome ladies actually care, left there mindblown & so grateful for them. All thumbs & paws up for NEAC!! 👍🏼👍🏼🐾 Some Shibe smiles since you guys never see my grumpy chonk like this during visits.. 😋
