Extremely refreshing to be treated with upmost respect when you walk thru the door. Very effiecient and are extremely invested in the care of your teeth and health. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had a terrific experience this week at Northborough Family Dental. Nikki (I think that is her name) was pleasant and professional in taking x-rays and doing the work of cleaning my teeth. A dentist who I was new -to me--Dr. Carchidi I believe is her name--was also very pleasant, did a thorough exam, and took the time to explain one potential issue and how to address it if the problem gets worse at my next 6 month exam. I would recommend to anyone.

Every experience has been positive. All staff, technicians and dentists are wonderful. I recently had a tooth emergency and Dr. Moheban came in on a Sunday to help me out. I would highly recommend this practice.

Be careful, went here for a recent cleaning. I informed the technician ahead of time no issues or pain. They chipped my tooth during it and then would not take responsibility for it. Waited days for them to call me back and they would not take ownership and said I should be wearing my night guard. Would not even help towards the cost of repairing it. They are nice when things are going well but be aware if things don’t go well they will not look out for you.

When I went in they said I needed 2 root canals and 2 extractions. I smelled BS and went to a dentist who the courts use as an expert witness. He gave me a free evaluation and said I need 1 extraction and 3 fillings. My insurance company said NFD has a history of big $$$ for work not really needed. Always get a second opinion. It saved me thousands. Their response is typically and the facts are they either misdiagnosed, weren't competent, or were putting $$$ over patient care.
