We did a wonderful 45 minute infrared sauna session. The spa aesthetic is clean, relaxing, and open. The sauna itself is beautiful with glass doors, mood lighting and wooden benches inside. There are so many "special touches" and Michelle was wonderful. A gift certificate to this spa would be an amazing gift for someone.

It was my First time experience with infrared sauna. I was very pleased with results. It’s very relaxing and enjoyable. Michelle was very sweet and explained everything. Highly recommend to try and can’t wait to come back.

Awesome Afternoon! I was so comfortable I was leaving with my shirt inside out. LOL Seriously, OMG the massage and sauna just made me feel so great! I had to book again for next month. Everyone should be so lucky to experience the bliss.

Our 45 minute sauna experience felt like a whole day at the spa. Michelle is welcoming and gracious. The sauna is clean, comfortable,relaxing,and detoxifying with a infrared light to help with inflammation. I would highly recommend and look forward to going again soon

I recently had a Lymphatic Drainage & Detox Sauna Combo session with Michelle, and it was wonderful. Having wanted to return since before the pandemic, I was thrilled to see how much her practice had grown. Michelle’s expertise and gentle touch made the session incredibly relaxing—I even fell asleep for a bit. Days later, I felt thoroughly cleansed and rejuvenated, the perfect start to my vacation. With her great energy, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a rejuvenating detox experience!
