I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the front staff was welcoming, professional, and kind. They also made scheduling my next appointment super easy. Dr. Donohue was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable ( I have anxiety!) The hygienist was gentle yet thorough. The office is modern and clean. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly, professional team.

This is an excellent dental practice that truly prioritizes patient comfort and high-quality care. The dentist explains everything clearly, offers thoughtful treatment options, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. The team is friendly, gentle, and attentive (especially Heidi, my favorite hygienist), and the office is clean, modern, and well-organized from check-in to checkout.

I went back to Northborough Dental Associates after moving back to the area. The care level is fine, the people are friendly, but there have definitely been a few surprises that are significant. When I came back as a “new” patient, my first appointment was just a check up and a cleaning had to be scheduled separately. Not the end of the world, but meant find more time to go back just a few weeks later. My bigger issue came over a filling. I needed an old filling replaced. They used a composite filling without any discussion of the options or cost. Problem was, my insurance doesn’t cover composite fillings on posterior teeth. When I talking to billing about this there was definitely no empathy. The explanation was that they always use composite unless they are instructed otherwise a

I love this office!! All the staff are so kind and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else. Most of my friends and family go to this office as well. We are all so happy with the treatment received and the way you are treated like family. Thank you all!!!!!

I wonder if the owner realizes that your front desk and manager can make you loss patients? We are very disappointed with the front desk and the manager Leah. They are not responsible, not reliable!! In addition, your office (likely it’s from the manager Leah) had changed our long-term dental hygienists at times without noticing us, even though our regular dental hygienists were working on those days when we came. I can’t recommend this place and definitely don’t want to work with its front desk and manager!
