I want to take the time out to show the staff and shakeeta that they have done a wonderful job taking care of my needs. I have and am going thru a ruff patch medically and shakeeta has gone above and beyond to help me find a resolution. Everyone's experience and expectations are different but in my case they are doing a good job. Thank you!

Walked in early in the morning the whole staff looked at me like I was a problem. Dr.Pridgen has this facility too “ethnic” now. Left after I got to the window and how they greeted/looked at me with disgust.

Nurse was crazy ignorant and didn’t care to look over the symptoms paper, doctor was careless and didn’t want to hear or see what we had to show him. 0/10 experience. Waited an hour and a half just to get sent off basically.

Dr. Pridgen has been my doctor over 20 years and I do not know what I would do without him! 10/10. He really cares about his patients!

I love this place. Shakeeta(NP) has been an angel to me. She always goes above and beyond to find different ways to address my issues. I swear yall she really cares about my overall health and loves her patients. She spends extra time talking with me when I feel defeated. I love this about her. Make Shakeeta your first choice when searching for an urgent care office I promise you won't regret it.
