I would highly recommend North Start Dental Care for your dental care. I hadn’t been to dentist for couple years and coming here was the best move I made. Dr. Caryn is such an amazing person and she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes time to catch with what’s happening with life as well. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

First time patient and I have to say, Dr. Tong is probably one of the best dentists I've gone to. The office may be a little hard to find but once you find it, you have to be buzzed in by a gentleman. The office is clean and simple, the receptionist, very pleasant. I did not have a long wait to see Dr. Tong and she greeted me by name which is a nice touch. I love that after you get an x-ray, the surfaces and equipment are wiped down which shows how they value cleaniness. The room itself has a nice calming effect with the nature overlay on the lights. Dr. Tong is patient and listens to you. I had a cleaning and she took her time. Compared to my previous cleanings where the dentist would jam the cleaning bit into your mouth to get it done quicker, this experience was heaven. Minimal disco

I usually do not write reviews but Dr. Tong at North Star Dental Care is a wonderful dentist. I generally dislike dental visits because i associate it with pain but Dr. Tong has a very gentle touch. I had a very positive experience. I had a cleaning and deep filling and it was rather painless. Besides the dental work, I found that I was treated with respect. She took the time to answer questions I had (although there were patients waiting that day). I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Tong! 5 STARS! She's my permanent dentist!

Great staff and great doctor. They take good care of your teeth. If you have any problems, they’re very helpful. They’re one of the nicest dental clinics I have visited. Would recommend to others! :)
