The care for my dad and our family here was amazing. Through the hard time of having him in the ICU and then Critical care, everyone was so caring and constant attention to everyone’s needs. And the kitchen in this hospital is unmatched. I don’t want to even call it hospital food. Everything was delicious. Again showing the love and care they have for their patients. Medical staff was very attentive and easy to talk to. Even when my mom would stay by herself they would find someone to translate for her. Ms. Audrey is amazing!

The team at North shore medical center was awesome from the front door to every floor the staff ⚕️ in ICU step down was tremendous every shift. Loving, professional,tender and merciful. Knowledgeable and absolutely kind and can be. Great place for medical care and attention. PCT Audrey ,in CARE OF HER PATIENTS IS EXEMPLARY AND APPRECIATED.

This was the first time coming into this hospital because it’s closest to my home. I’ve been to it before with my kids and for my kids they were fast but when it came to me. I was seen after an hour waiting in the waiting room I arrived at 12:50pm waited another 45 Minutes for bed Finally received the bed 30 minutes later x-ray technician comes takes me to get an x-ray went back to the room and four hours later I got medication Which helped with the pain I waited until 8:30 PM to 8:45 PM before I was discharged with never seen a doctor or even getting my x-ray results. I’m very disappointed in the hospital system. They could’ve did better. I definitely will not return to this hospital.

If I can give this place a negative star that wouldn’t be enough! Please I beg anyone who tries to check-in to this hospital for emergencies DO NOT! This place needs to be closed down! From the moment we arrived till the day we left it was the worst experience of my life and my families. 1. All staff members are on their phones making personal calls, looking at tik tok videos. Your emergency and care does not matter to them at all! 2. My mom was released with a misdiagnosis we left with my mom in bad conditions. We transferred her to mount sanai after we noticed she wasn’t getting any better. 3. There are ants 🐜 in the rooms 4. We never saw a real doctor in the 2 days we were there only fake nurses who didn’t have a clue on what they were doing AND please I beg you do not leave your loved
