North Park Dentistry

Although my family has gone to North Park Dentistry nearly my whole life, I recently went longer than I care to admit without a routine cleaning or check-up, which led to a few difficult appointments. The staff is so kind and understanding, but also direct when they need to be. I just had a follow-up appointment this morning and left feeling so differently— in a positive way. Plus, my teeth feel great too! Dr. Mitchell, Scarlett, and the whole team, thank you for getting my mouth back on track! 👏

When I arrived at North Park Dentistry, my teeth were a mess. Suffering from years of neglect, I was fully expecting Dr Mitchell to say it was too late, dentures were my only option. But instead, he gave me several options. After the cleaning, he went to work. I wish I had taken a 'before' picture to use for a comparison. But suffice it to say, these folks are miracle workers. When Dr Mitchell finished and handed me the mirror, I was blown away. I had no idea my teeth could ever look this good. The staff was very kind and even though I spent nearly an hour in the chair, the entire procedure was painless and I was never uncomfortable. The staff are great! They make you feel right at home. Getting your teeth cleaned is like getting a "mouth massage". Dr. VanDeventer and Dr. Anderson are both always so great about explaining every detail to me. I especially love the fact that they let me know up front what insurance will cover and what they won't before scheduling any work.

I was charged a substantial amount for Invisiline. I understand he is not at fault for my move. However, he or anyone in his office were not able to complete the work on my teeth and have not fairly reimbursed me for the work that was never completed by his office. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with Dr. VanDeventer since Jan 2012. He has been unresponsive and absent from work and essentially unwilling to work through a fair resolution. I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone going forward. Initially, I was impressed with his office and his Staff - Still love his staff. I love going to this dentist. He has never let me down. He is always professional and always works with me since I am currently without insurance. He is the best.
