I absolutely love this place! I bought a 10-session package after my first time there. My favorite service is the warm salt sauna. It’s 30 or 45 minute sessions and I connect my phone via Bluetooth so I can listen to an audiobook, podcast or music while I relax! I’d go every single day if my schedule allowed✨ Peggy, Heather, and the whole staff are so kind and welcoming too! ☺️

I love this place! I've tried the vitality booth, light therapy with infrared, the happy room which is amazing and today I got a wonderful massage and tried out 10 minutes in the salt tent. I feel so much better now! Peggy is great and so knowledgeable about health issues. There is something for everyone there. The beachy theme, ocean waves and relaxing music are so beneficial too. We are very fortunate to have such a place like this in Columbus!

Staff is fantastic! So many options to help you pamper yourself. Love the salt shed when I get congested. Helps break it up and keeps it out of my chest. So glad this is available in Columbus.

Great place. I do the vitality booth and it hits the spot. Salt and red light therapy at the same time. Clears up the sinuses and aches and pains. Very clean too
