I had an absolutely fantastic 2-hour massage and can’t recommend this massage therapist enough. Kate’s deep tissue technique was incredibly skilled and precise — firm where needed, but never overwhelming. Kate clearly has a deep understanding of anatomy and was able to target long-standing tension areas with amazing accuracy. I walked in tight and sore and left feeling completely renewed, looser, and lighter. The pressure, flow, and attention to detail were perfect from start to finish. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

This is my second 2hr appointment with Kate and WOW I cannot recommend her enough. Booking was simple, I love her Saturday hours, and I’m able to use my FSA card. She is amazingly intuitive and knowledgeable about all things muscle. She has helped me to work out issue I have had for years. Thanks again Kate and can’t wait to see you at my next appt in March.

I highly recommend Kate. I easily booked online and went to my first session. It did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. From the assessment of my voiced “pain points” , the massage therapy itself, to afterwards where she made suggestions what I could do to help alleviate. I used my HSA. I’ll be booking again. Btw, the background music in her studio was something I really liked, which seems odd but I did!

Kate is amazing. The most important aspect of your experience is that she listens to what your expectations are. Relaxation, tension relief, achy muscles, whatever your reason is for being there, she will work her "fingers to the bone" to help give you the most rewarding experience. You will be in good hands.

Kate has been fantastic at helping me with my upper back tension and tight glute muscles! I’m an active runner and workout a lot and her massages aid in my muscle recovery as well!
