Very unprofessional, their so called “doctor” is sub par at best. Now I have to go to my own PCP to get follow up work done because of his recommendation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Poor communication. I used Carolina Occupational Health Screening as a part of my work place’s annual screening. I had a lab result that was critically high (potassium 6.2) and COHS did not reach out to me about it. Weeks later, when I received my paper packet at work from them, I reached out to them about my concern. I didn’t want this to happen to anyone else. They did not return my call. So, I reached out to the lab they use (Lab Corp). Lab Corp informed me that they do not consider potassium to be critical until 6.5, which explains why no one contacted me, but they had still reached out to COHS and spoken with Katie and that she would be reaching out to me as well.
