Carolina Oaks Dental is amazing! I decided to become a new patient here and the entire staff is amazing. They're all so helpful and very friendly. I have been having some problems with teeth pain recently and they have done so much to help me resolve it. 10/10! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to receive dental care.

I have been holding off on this, but I figured I need to speak out. I strongly urge anyone considering Dr. Susan Maxwell to seek dental care elsewhere. My experience with her practice has been deeply frustrating, painful, and costly. I initially came in for a few routine fillings, but the work done was far from routine. Three fillings were botched so badly that I am now facing extensive corrective procedures—including a root canal on one tooth, and crown work on the other two due to improperly done fillings. It has been a month and a half and I still can't chew on the right side of my mouth, which I attribute to her aggressive and rough technique. As is always the case, my appointment at Carolina Oaks was definitely made more pleasant by the ladies who work there. From the reception area to the hygienist and doctor, they are always friendly and make you feel relaxed from the moment you enter the door. I've had simple cleanings and very complicated crowns, and my experience is always the same. I love these girls!!

I have been a patient of Dr Maxwell for about a year now. It has been a great experience ever since I have started going to this office. Dr Maxwell and her assistant Judy are not only highly professional and knowledgeable, they actually genuinely care for their patients!!! At this time, they are my restorative dental office for an implant that I had placed by oral surgeon from different practice.
