With the other reviews I understand the frustration. Luckily I didn’t have that problem. Crystal messaged me back quickly to schedule an appointment. They were further out than I anticipated, but it worked out because I just did a 5k this weekend so it was a nice treat rather than have gotten it earlier. Crystal made me feel comfortable the whole time and kept checking in if she heard a pop or felt a knot to make sure I was okay. She spent a good amount of time on my feet which I appreciated too bc the last places I went to I told them my feet were hurting and I’m on them all day and they barely touched them. Overall I had a great experience.

I suffer from debilitating migraines that interfere with my daily living to the point that the medication I use is barely effective. My doctor recommended that I try massage to help relieve the migraine symptoms. I booked an appointment at Star Massage and Body Work with Mrs. Crystal. She is pleasant, professional, and she is very knowledgeable of massage. The room is clean and fresh! I have had fewer severe migraines a month since I started massage therapy as part of my migraine treatment. I have found a great, affordable massage therapist with Mrs. Crystal! I will be continuing to use Star Massage and Body Work!! I recommend Star Massage and Body Work to family, friends and colleagues! Such a wonderful experience!

SCAM!!! Should have looked at reviews before purchasing. I have called over 10 times to try to schedule an appointment and left multiple voicemails. I purchased my Groupon December 2. It expires April 1 after looking at reviews it is clearly obvious, This is a full-time scammer!!! So so Disappointing can’t get a refund because it’s been within three days of purchase.

Massage was great she hit the areas I needed most especially the base of my head which was giving me the most trouble next to my back

If I could give a zero star I would. Purchased massage on Groupon and crystal canceled on me 3 times after rescheduling over the course and of 2 months. Groupon will not refund money because it’s been 30 days since my purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON !!!!
