I can’t express how unprofessional this office is. I tried to make an appointment as a new patient and they called me the morning of to cancel. I show up for the rescheduled appointment and had to leave the waiting room because the perfume was so intense (I’m severely allergic, something you think a doctor would understand). I explained that I was happy to wait outside until a room was ready, but they decided to refuse to see me altogether. They knew I was not coughing before I came to their office, that I have been fully vaccinated, and that I’ve already been tested for safety, and that I have a severe allergy. All of this was repeatedly explained and they still refused to see me. They also made ridiculously rude comments, not expecting my partner to speak the language. I would not recomm

I called as a walk in and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was totally prepared to wait bc I understood I was a walk in and I was so grateful they were able to fit me in. I was extremely anxious and nervous bc of the situation I was dealing with. The doctor and the staff, I am sure her name was sandy were so kind and helpful. I think a lot of people don't recognize the stress and hard work it is running a medical practice. If the staff is willing to work you in for an emergency (the next day) which is very unlikely and very kind. Then I think waiting a little longer than usual is not such a big deal. Warning! This place is not where you want to go for your health or well being because they don't care. My HMO health care insurance provider had them on the list. I came here for cronic neck pain and have tried to have them order me an X-ray and a MRI that my specialist have recommended them to do over 4 weeks ago. I have been following up with them every other day and there responses are we will call you back. Guess what? No call backs and nothing has been accomplished. This place deserves a negative five stars.

very poor attiude and service I will recommend no one to go here for care they make you wait long extensive hours with no results. The front office staff is very rude , agruementive and lazy. Save your time and energy their staff need to be changed or trained. If someone comes to a doctor it's because they are sick, no one goes to the doctor for fun and nobody looks for extra stress when they are sick so spare yourself, and stay away from this place they deserved no stars.

They managed to set an appointment for me on the same day. Very nice and calm doctor and detailed examination.
