North Florida Pharmacy

This was a good pharmacy but apparently things have changed. They have a place on their website to request transfers of prescriptions from other pharmacies, so I filled it out and submitted it. I got a successful submission notification and thought everything was great. I called 4 days later to see if they were ready for pickup and they didn't know that I had done that. ??? I just don't understand that. Do they not check it? Does it not work? Then why the success notification? So I told them over the phone the 3 prescriptions I wanted transferred and filled. I go there 2 days later and only 1 had been transferred and the label stated that there were no more refills even though there were actually 2 refills remaining. Can you say "what a big fail"? I can. Never using this pharmacy again.

The staff is very helpful and polite but the pharmacist is unreliable my wife is on palliative care and takes 2 kinda of pain medication for cancer the last 2 months they haven’t had the medication on time when the dr office sends the prescription a week in advance the first timethe pharmacist hadn’t ordered it in time they had one of the medications but wouldn’t give it to her because “they didn’t want her to take to many” the dr office called and made them release it. The second time the dr office called it in early and made sure with the pharmacist it was in stock and wouldn’t be a problem then when it came time to fill it they didn’t have it and it didn’t come in today and it may be in Monday. This was Friday. Again when the dr called they had one of the medications but wasn’t going to

With the new ownership prescriptions are often not ready even If called in days before. Also if someone drives up and drops off a new prescription the line is held up while filling it. Formerly they were asked to drive around rather than hold up the line behind them

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Have had issues at the last two pharmacies I was with, problems with communication, poor treatment, medication being out of stock and not being told for days, having to go in to the store physically just to get answers. It's been rough. From the moment Jennifer (I'm bad with names, it may have been Jessica 😅) answered the phone, I felt comfortable. She put me at ease right away, listened to my questions and concerns, showed empathy regarding my past experiences, and assured me the medication I needed is in stock. She was extraordinarily helpful, calm, friendly, and welcoming. When I called back after my prescription was called in to them, she spoke with me again. There was only a 15-minute wait vs the last pharmacy I was at being days! And she let me know

Waited a few weeks for prescription because they didn't have.
