Quick Care Med

I took my son here yesterday because he was coughing and was really sick and when I got to the clinic they didn’t even test him for flu or Covid or anything all they said is that he has a cold and that he’s fine. And he continued his sickness the next day and I took him to his doctor and they tested him and he came back positive for the Flu type A. This quick care is not professional whatsoever.

I took wife to them got there first when they opened.. two people ahead of us as we waited the waiting room filled up with people., after about hour they put us in a room we waited for over an hour.. finely I went out to waiting room it was empty.. they must have forgotten about us....I talked to the nurse she apologized and found someone to see us.... They sent Colleen to get images of the problem area.. went back two weeks later for follow up.. got there first thing when they opened... people were going in and out....we waited and waited finely we left with no follow up... Not good.... I'll be taking her to jonsvolle .. not good service.... Hurry and wait....

This center has it together. The receptionist is quick with processing your paperwork very nice and gets you back as soon as possible and the doctor is most delightful, smart and very patient and informative and most importantly she gets to the root of your problem and helps you. I was very happy. I got taken care of and it was great.

I came unprepared without license and credit card to pay but the staff was super patient and accommodating. I was seen quickly. Seems like staff is like family which makes the environment feel less stressful & laid back. Older building but clean & professional.

The receptionist/medical assistant, office manager and Dr. were all absolutely amazing. It is so hard when your toddler is sick and uncomfortable. They all made it so easy and quick to get in, get checked out, and leave. I highly recommend!
