NORTH EAST PHARMACY

I have used this pharmacy since 2018. For myself and now all 3 of my kids and my husband. I always try to support locally. They were efficient, went the extra mile to call you if something was wrong, friendly. The one pharmacist you can tell is the problem solver and he is always so nice about it. I work for a pharmacy and used to work directly under a pharmacist and I just admire the work ethic when the RPH goes above and beyond for their patient. This pharmacist at north east showed that quality. Now fast forward to the last week years but especially the last few months - the communication is lacking, depending on who you get they are rude, the techs are not that knowledgeable on insurance its a hot mess. North East Pharmacy is truly a gem! This small, family-owned pharmacy goes above and beyond to provide the best service. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. Unlike the big box pharmacies, you never feel like just another number here—you’re treated like family. They take the time to answer questions, make sure everything is done right, and always provide service with a personal touch. Supporting a local business has never felt so rewarding. I’ll never go back to the chain pharmacies—North East Pharmacy has earned my loyalty for life!

I just had my first prescription filled here and the process was so quick and hassle free, I will definitely be using them as my pharmacy going forward. The staff was very nice. I had been getting my prescriptions filled at Rite Aid for years but they closed so I switched to Walgreens. But after 3 months of getting my prescription filled there from a doctor I see every month and have for years, they told me they wouldn’t fill my prescription any more since the doctors office was more than 50 miles from their pharmacy! They act like people don’t travel to see certain doctors or something. I’m just so glad I found this pharmacy (thanks to Google and the great reviews) I decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed!

They are the best pharmacy ever! I've gone after an urgent care appointment and needed something filled quickly and it was done in less than 10 minutes, honestly it was probably more like 5 minutes. They are the greatest!

The Pharmacist there is great and so are the staff. I don't have to wait long for my medicine's to be filled. Great pharmacy Great people!!
