North Bay Family Dental

Stay away if you are a senior without dental insurance. Employees are great but owner will not work with you in any way. Went for a cleaning only but she refused service because I could not afford the ridiculous charge for x-rays, and the 2 minute $80 charge to say hello and pull my tongue out. Once I retired and lost my insurance she has showed how petty and selfish she really is. Not really surprised because she's always had a terrible "bedside" manor. Always felt a demeaned by her presentation. Her employees and patient's deserve better.

I have used North Bay twice over the past two years with both instances being related to tooth pain and requiring immediate care. In both instances, I was able to receive immediate care! I am now starting the journey towards a healthy mouth and full smile and intend to use North Bay for the entire process. Kudos to the folks at North Bay for an excellent experience so far…

I appreciate going to my appointment and always knowing what to expect. The hygienists have been there for awhile and do a thorough cleaning in the scheduled time. They are efficient with check in and out and I’ve never had an issue regarding insurance. I am happy that this is my “easy” doctor’s appointment.

I met Dr. Patel today and she has a beautiful office/facility. Very clean and organized. She has a wonderful personality, very professional and especially kind. Thank you :)

I am someone that dislikes going to the dentist and I put it off. My son recommended them and I went for a teeth cleaning. I have been there twice since the initial visit. The staff is friendly. I never have to wait. They do a great job and Dr. Patel is awesome. I don’t mind going to the dentist at all anymore.
