I would not recommend this facility based on my experiences. The male physician was the only staff member who treated us with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, our interaction with a nurse during our visit was extremely disappointing. The nurse with the neck tattoo told me to "get on the scale", did not note my weight, and then informed us that I could only be seen by urgent care one single time and refused to provide further assistance, stating that “it has always been like that.” This was confusing, concerning, and incorrect as I had been seen at the same facility exactly one week earlier for a different issue. During that prior visit, the same nurse dismissed my symptoms, stating that a fever and cough were “not symptoms” and that I needed a better reason to be seen. I've nev
I wouldn’t go here again. The receptionists were nice. However, the CNA (who took my vitals) was one of the rudest healthcare worker I’ve ever met. She rushed me through everything, interrupted me multiple times, and just seemed angry at me for no reason. When she asked if I had allergies to medications, I said yes and told her what it was. She asked me to spell it and asked me to repeat myself multiple times. Fine, whatever. Then the NP came in who was nice. He also asked if I had allergies to medications, and I said yes again and told him what it was. He said “oh, you told the nurse you weren’t allergic to anything”. NO I DIDN’T! So after all that, she didn’t even write down what I said because she just didn’t feel like it ??
Went In this morning with symptoms of head congestion, horrible headache, facial pressure , body aches. The doctor said It was post nasal drip and prescribed a nasal spray. I asked if It could be a sinus infection and he said no because they don’t treat those until you’ve had symptoms for 10 days. I asked if they could test me for flu and Covid because I have a son at home and his step mother is pregnant. I also work in healthcare so I need to know if I can be around patients. He told me there’s no point to test because it’s not flu season and if I’m worried to “wear a mask” around my child. I asked again to please test me and he refused. I stopped on my way home to Walgreens to get a Covid and flu test and sure enough It is positive for Covid. So I wasted $30 on a copay for him to give m
This was unfortunately the most disappointing visit I have ever experienced in any professional healthcare facility. I came in understandably at a time in the day before the facility closed I understand that its Christmas Eve and closing early while 25 mins left before the early closing time, the front desk receptionist was almost combative and completely out of line while my fiancé was explaining the situation and why I expect in her mind we should have came in early in the morning etc. The whole interaction was incredible unnecessary and beyond rude and disrespectful. While I generally give ALL healthcare employees grace and understanding because it is an essential service they provide and it’s a tough and demanding career, however if you hate your job that much that you can’t even be bo
When I went I do understand it was close to closing but my face was swollen and I need antibiotics. When I went up to the counter and immediately said I’m so sorry for coming so close to closing and the woman said are you? Are you really sorry? And then I said yes I am I woke up and my face was swollen, she then cut me off and said oh really, you woke up at 3pm? And I said no but I also had work so I can as soon as I could. Everyone at the desk was more than unpleased that I was there. Then they started talking about locking the doors so no one else could come in. I ended up just leaving because I was so distraught that so many people who are supposed to be there to help me seemed like they couldn’t care less and were even annoyed that I even came in. 10/10 do not recommend the urgent care
