North Colorado Urology

I met with Dr. Ritsema and liked him - but the communication with the office is so difficult, I don't feel confident moving forward. They have an endless phone tree. I've lever voicemails that were unreturned... and got disconnected more than once when attempting to speak with a nurse. What would happen if something went wrong with my surgery? Too big of a risk to find out. Prior to writing this review, I shared the same concern with Dr. Ritsema directly in my first appointment. He was aware of it - I'm guessing this is out of his control.
