Nord Dentistry

I started my regular dental checkup with Dr Nord since Jan 2022 and I have found noticeable good improvements in my dental/oral health. In combination of the care received from this clinic and personal dental hygiene efforts, my dental health is in a very good shape. I highly recommend this clinic. Every staff working here is friendly and is committed to patient's good health. They treat me (and other patients) like a family and provide proper care.

Dentist Brian and his entire staff provide amazing services. They are always friendly and very personable. My children, ages 9 and 15 actually love going to the dentist when they know they get to see Dr. Nord and staff. Jen, at the front desk is truly amazing and works around our schedules to get us in!! I was only going to be 7 minutes late to my daughters appointment today and they turned me away saying they can’t see her because of this. I took the morning off work for this. I was told they can’t see her until February. FEBRUARY 2024. So thank you Jen for your horrible ability to be understanding, surely you’ve been a couple minutes late? My daughter wasn’t even a new patient, we had been there 6 months earlier. Paperwork was all good to go but god forbid I’m 7 minutes late. I work full time, go to school full time, and am a single parent since my husband is overseas until the end of the year. Your guys lack of understanding and patience has lost my business. Thank you for making my life harder.

I would have liked to book an appointment here, but have called three times over a month and left a voicemail each time because the phone is never picked up. Calls are never returned, so that's pretty disappointing.
