Norcross Pediatrics Clinic PC

I hate this clinic ever since the Asian doctor left its always so busy and they take 3-4hours to see you. To only seeing you for 3 minutes!! Today July 29, 2025 I had an appointment at 11:30am . I arrived to find the office closed! I even had text messages to confirm my appointment today , to come and find the office close and can't even talk to anyone. Just wasting people's time!! I will no longer be bringing my kids here!!.

UNPROFESSIONALISM — July 28, 2025 OFFICE CLOSED without notifying patients with appointments. We made an appointment weeks in advance and arrived early today only to find the notice on the door of office closure. It is very unprofessional of a business to abruptly decide to close without notifying patients with appointments. We take time out of our days and our schedules to make these appointments and it seems as if the patient’s time is not worth a care for this office to even call and notify of a closure. Switching pediatrics immediately.

My daughter went in today for an appointment and when we got there it was closed , no notice no call, only a letter at their door saying they were gonna be closed yesterday and didn’t say anything today , we called and the receptionist said she had no knowledge when they were going to be open again, the owner must do something about this and this is not how a clinic should have their patients schedule appointments and for this clinic to not be open without a notice to us !!!!

Every single time that I arrive, they’re always closed. I am so pissed off. Literally on a regular weekday. I just arrived to get my sons vaccine. If not, he won’t be able to go to school tomorrow and now I cannot get it because they’re closed and it is 3 PM in the afternoon. They have also set up appointments before where I have showed up and they’re closed. Why were you schedule people to have come all the way over here and waste their time.

I had the second appointment for my baby, I went to the clinic right on time ohh!! surprise the palace was close and there was no prior notice. I waste my time. Now i try to reach the clinic they don't answer the pone if so they put me on hold. What a way to treat customers.
