Lol hahaha the receptionist are always on the phone and put people on hold for a long time. I do not recommend to call for an appointment just walk inside to make an appointment. Good luck ya'll. Lol 😆 jijiji

CHANGE YOUR DOCTOR'S OFFICE. DO NOT GO HERE. This is the first and only negative review I have ever written in my entire life. Seriously, just save yourself the frustration of even trying to contact them and go somewhere else. If this was the customer service line for Best Buy I wouldn't care so much. But this is a medical office where delays cost lives. Days and days of delayed medical treatment due to the laziness of the people that work here. The receptionists here act as if you are in the wrong for trying to book an appointment. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they want bad reviews and are hoping people don't come. The attitude they have seems to be that they get paid if we get seen or not, so why would they bother booking us. Just makes more work for them. These people should

If you are concerned about your health, then find yourself another clinic, because while you are trying to call and make an appointment with a doctor, then most likely you will already be dead. Because making an appointment is impossible! When the staff asks to call back in 15 minutes, because they are very busy now, this is normal, I understand all this, but when you call every 15 minutes all day, then this is too much. I still haven't managed to make an appointment with a doctor, I'll go and call back again in 15 minutes (naturally during the clinic's working hours).

Wow. This place honestly deserves one star. EVERY single time I call, it's "Noble Community can you please hold" and then 10-15 mins, they MIGHT come back to the phone. When I was sick, they told me they couldn't see me because I would get the whole office sick.....isn't that why I have a doctor? Smh. This place is a complete joke. I'm told one thing, they never follow through, nor do they ever answer or reply. Literally find ANYWHERE else, because I know I definitely have to.

Dr. Claudia Camacho is wonderful and carrying, however the secretaries are not nice at all and not helpful, its like pulling a tooth from them. Never follow up with your test results,never calling patients and not carrying at all. I had a breast by-apse done in a month December 2018 and was told after a week my doctors office will receive the result, however waited called the office almost a 3-weeks and each time I was told they are following up with Breast Link and not getting a result. Finally I had to call myself to Breast Link in Tarzana, CA and ask for the results and ask why your office is not responsive to my physician's office to send the result and I was told (No-one ever asked for results). I was having a night mares not knowing about the results for almost a month and finally th
