I went to go get my checkup and cleaning and it was very fast and easy. Everyone there were very welcoming I had no issues with my appointment. I would definitely recommend coming here. I had very bad experiences and other western dental but this one I had no issues with. Thank you to the staff will definitely be coming back and recommend people to here.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience due to the lack of clear communication. I scheduled my appointment specifically to have my crown placed, not for a check-up. However, when I arrived, I was told that the appointment was only for a check-up. All that was done were X-rays, after waiting over an hour. On top of that, I was informed that I would need to pay separately for the crown. I was under the impression that the crown was already included when I paid nearly $2,000 for my root canal. This was never clearly explained to me beforehand. I left work early expecting to receive my crown, only to waste my time on a basic check-up instead. This was completely unacceptable. I paid for my full treatment and they denied payments. Scam. I left without completing my treatment. Staff treated me like absolute garbage once I told them I was unable to complete the payment I had already made. Data systems are not frequently updated. Absolute mess of software they use, very dated, over populated. DO NOT go here if you want a pretty smile.

Everyone is genuinely amazing, the ladies at the front desk friendly and beyond helpful, the main doctor is so caring and the staff is also which is important when you go for this kind of thing. So thank you for that.
