Noah Clinics in NYC exceeded every expectation. I did 39 HBOT sessions over the course of the summer and the results were amazing. The difference compared to the soft-shell HBOTs I have tried in the past was day and night. Their hard-shell chambers (which I thought were only available in hospitals) made a noticeable impact. My energy jumped, my joints felt better and my gym performance increased dramatically. I recently tested my resting metabolic rate and it has unexpectedly increased 25%, which I did not know was possible. That was not an effect I was going for, but it was a nice bonus. The HBOT is, by far, the most effective wellness therapy I have ever done.
