No Worries Care

I needed a few days of in-home, post-surgical care, and my experience with No Worries couldn't have been better. Noreen helped me work out a schedule that met my needs and stayed within my budget. The caregiver who worked with me was Alexis, and he was excellent--friendly, experienced, and eager to do whatever was needed. If you find yourself needing in-home care, I recommend No Worries wholeheartedly!

My recent experience was disappointing. Since the change in ownership, the quality of service seems to have declined. Communication was poor and the overall organization did not meet expectations.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this service at the moment. The communication and coordination could definitely be improved a looooot. I would not recommend the service under the current management.

I have worked for No-Worries In Home Care for 5 years before I moved to finish my nursing degree. I absolutely LOVED working for Melinda and this company. All of the nurse supervisors are amazing and knowledgeable. They made it possible for me to learn so much to prepare me to be the best possible nurse I can be. The schedulers are great and very friendly with staff and clients. Everyone works together really great and always has smiles on their face. The staff also provides their clients and families with the the absolute best care. Melinda is always a positive ray of sunshine. I would come back in work here If I moved back in a second.
