I do not typically go out of my way to write reviews, but after our experience yesterday, I felt it was important to share. My husband took our daughter to urgent care for a physical required prior to an MRI. Due to work obligations, I was unable to attend, and this was especially challenging as my husband was experiencing significant anxiety and rarely goes alone. From the moment he was greeted, he immediately felt at ease. Cathy at the front desk was exceptionally warm, compassionate, and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was seen promptly, and even took the time to call me while assisting my husband with paperwork and gathering information he did not have available. We have used Night Watch Urgent Care since our 4-year-old was born, and we have nothing but positive feedback for the front-end staff, practitioners, and facility. The changes they have made over the past couple of years (reserving appointment times, text/email updates, patient portal, etc.) have only added to the amazing service they provide. Check-in is quick each time we have visited Night Watch in Manassas, and the wait is never overly long, even without an appointment. They seem to understand that sitting in a waiting room with a sick toddler is not ideal, and they accommodate patients well during a stressful time for parents. As unfortunate as it is to be in need of urgent care, this is our go-to every time.

My experience at the front desk was exceptional from start to finish. The moment i arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. I believe her name was Cathy she answered all my questions with patience, I was a bit annoyed with the new system she asked for my phone and did it all for me if that’s not above and beyond then you tell me what is. I highly recommend this establishment from start to finish they made my visit memorable.

Night watch has always been my go to urgent care the care they provide is out of this world so fast and always going above and beyond. The front desk Cathy is a sweetheart omg I was struggling with my kids and she offered to do the paperwork for me she made me feel at ease wow thank you Cathy for being you a heart of gold <3
