I have been a patient of another well-known practice for many years. I started having red and stinging eyes in December 2021. After six visits, where nothing was improving, and I felt like I was finding things to try, my previous doctor did not seem to care that I was feeling hopeless, and did not offer additional treatment options. I did some research and thought I would be headed to Boston or NYC, until I found Dr. Casale. In one visit, she listed the many options available for my eye condition. After two visits, my eyes are already feeling better. Dr. Casale, listened and understood my feelings of hopelessness. I appreciated her kindness and also her knowledge.

Was a patient of Dr Casale for the past 3 years at the last practice she was at. She is very thorough and professional and always made sure i understood what was going on with my eyes before i left as far as any changes to the condition i have. Top notch.

Dr Casale, Bri, and Kim have always gone above and beyond for me. I am so grateful for their care and attention! I have severe dry eye disease and without her state of the art therapy, I may have lost vision in my eye because of this often very under treated condition! Update: Dr Casale has moved to Halfmoon with Dr Brass. What a beautiful practice!! PS Dr Casale as wonderful as usual!!

The people at this office were very rude. This is my first time here and they didn’t even explain to me anything . I’m sitting in the lobby as the lady talks about me to another coworker. I think that it’s very unprofessional and i will never recommend anyone here or never will i return. I think that something should be done about this.
