Nicklaus Children's Pediatric Specialists at Allapattah

The doctor himself is great! But the office is horrible, your appointment is at 10am and you are there for 4 hours straight until the doctor is ready to see you. Mind you the ladies in the front have a bad attitude and it just makes your time there even more annoying. I will be changing my kids from this clinic.

If I can review this a 0 I will why I was there at 1:00 because I spoke to the front desk lady she said the appointment will be at 1 I got there it’s was at 2:30 I waited till 6 and guess what 2 people still ahead of me I have my autistic son and Daughter 🥺 I was there alone and they took forever Changing Docotors Stoo playing with people time smh horrible Service and attitude

I had to leave one star if not it would have been a zero star , had an appointment at 3:30 and all of them are at lunch unbelievable, not even that the other day had an appointment at 3:00 confirm and all show up and they said I never had an appointment, and I have even received my confirmation and all, will be changing all my kids from this clinic , them ladys in the front ain’t even polite getting nice persons cause it is a clinic for kids ….

This doctor has been the best pediatrics ever he was my doctor as well as my sisters and other family doctor And now he is my childrens pediatrician This place is very organized very clean Usually full But very fast paced The nurses are very loving and caring Everyone treats you like family Highly recommend this clinic.

This place has horrible service I couldn’t bring in my 8 month old that has ear infection because it’s her first time arriving how can you deny medical attention to a 8 month baby this is ridiculous pls do not go here
