Niceville Urgent Care

I had such a wonderful experience at Niceville Urgent Care. The staff was super friendly and efficient! I was in and out quickly. Deirdre and Lauren were so sweet. I did not get the doctor’s name but they were great as well.

I will never go to another urgent care in Niceville again. I’ve been to the new one that they built next to Starbucks and you can check my other reviews for that one. SMH. But I do need to say that today’s visit, while being sick and alone, was the most pleasant it could’ve been. The staff truly shows that they care and will do whatever it takes to provide the best service they can. Kyle was the doc and had an excellent bedside manner. He listened and wasn’t overbearing or diminishing. Lauren at the desk saved me an copay and Bernie was friendly when she did my triage. Everything was fluid and I was in and out and under an hour.

I haven’t been to this establishment in years, I decided to stop by yesterday because I have a concerning infection and they were the closest urgent care. When filling out my paperwork, I had thought I circled Walgreens in bluewater. Rather, I circled Walmart in bluewater, thinking it said Walgreens because there is no Walmart in bluewater. Regardless, 100% MY mistake. I had noticed Walgreens didn’t receive my prescription, so I had called the urgent care to see what was going on. No answer, called 4 more times - no answer. Fast forward to the next day (today) and I call them 3 times at 10am. Once again, NO answer. So I had to get in my car and drive over. She then shows me my paperwork has Walmart circled. Prior to this, she is telling me to tone down the attitude. Which in all reality

Outstanding service. Arrived at 8:06 and was out by 8:22. Very friendly and professional staff. Obviously, I hope I don’t have to go back 😂 but if the health need arises then I sure will! Thanks Niceville Urgent Care Team!

Very impressed! First time using this urgent care for my daughter with a sore throat and I can’t say enough good things about the care. The employees are wonderful. From the front desk, to the provider (Shawn, PA) , I was pleased with the care. This will be our go to care from now on. Keep up the good work and wonderful bedside manner!
