I had a very disappointing experience at this office with my son. The staff was extremely unprofessional and had poor communication. Whenever they needed to do something to my son, they would just do it without explaining anything to either him or me. For a place that works with children, they should be much more patient and communicative. The doctor was also not helpful. My son went in with flu-like symptoms and we were told to simply let him go home and rest for two days. No medication, no testing, and no real concern. The very next day his condition got worse, and we had to take him to the ER where he was diagnosed with the flu and finally given medication to treat it. I would not recommend this doctor or office. Do not take your kids here! The front desk is absolutely rude! I’ve never left a comment on anything but this was such a horrible experience! The staff is beyond unprofessional they do not care about their patients or even losing a patient. My son’s school needed a form and they told me I had to wait over a week because it was “policy” never have I heard of this. I wanted to understand why it would take a week for something to be simply filled out and send to me and the reasons was that the doctor only signs documents once a week so I said what day of the week is it and she said on Wednesday (I was calling on a Wednesday). So basically they just want you to wait a week regardless of what is going on. I’ve never been this disgusted by a medical office, the sense of unprofessional is so bad

Wow I expected this place to have a better rating than it does. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Any time I need paper work, school forms, any thing it’s provided almost immediately. The only issue I had was a failed ear test for my daughter where we tried the test several times. I ended up needing to take her to a specialist which they found nothing wrong. So the equipment was faulty. Otherwise no issues. I would recommend.

Dr Cerri was a complete disgrace today. Unprofessional, rude, arrogant. So much for following the steps of Dr.Amanquah, who was professional, human and capable of treating children with special needs. Dr.Cerri is unqualified, outdated and has a problem with treating women. I deeply regret I gave him a chance and resent the fact Niaz Management did not inform me in a timely fashion of their staff change. Shame on Dr. Sameena Haroon for choosing Dr.Cerri as a part of her team. I’ve never had a more unprofessional experience. Needless to say, taking all my three children elsewhere.

Doctors are the best! I took my children here for more than 4 years. The doctors always answer whatever question I had. The staff is amazing!
