Hello, yes it's a facility and it is not something pleasant çuz your loved one is not in their own home I understand this! So , me and my daughter have took it upon ourselves to be involved in my dads stay here and get to ALSO know the employees and really just make this a more pleasant experience then dwelling on negativity! We become I feel like part of a little family or at the least friends! We are fortunate enough to be able to go see my dad just about everyday to make your loved ones stay a good one I believe family need to be part of this too! Not just put them their and abandon them! Nothing is perfect and there's so much to do so many to care for it takes you, and the staff and employees to make sure your loved one is comfortable and to be made to feel like they matter it is a lif

I'm very please with the facility, They are very kind to my Brother, if I have an issue they are very kind to fix the problem.. They treat my brother with the most up respect. The CNA, Nurses,dietary, the staff ,housekeeping/ environmental and etc. They know me personally. I love the facility. A Great place for your love one. To God Be Be The Glory. Keep up the great work

We have had our family member at this facility for 3 years and 6 months. Our family member is much better and interacting better since being there. The staff for the activities for the facility is exceptional and really care for the clients. We went to several different facilities before choosing NHC and we know this was the best decision we made. No facility is perfect but this one is definitely a good one for our family.

I have been in the home doing classes and so far it has been a positive and great experience! The people here seem like they actually care and provide the care needed. They have an amazing staff and are always looking for ways to help the residents and students.
