NextCare Urgent Care Thornton

I scheduled a child's exam to have a doctor check my sons eye. The availabile appointments on the page was every half hour. I double checked to see how many people are in-line before I schedule the appointment, 0 people. I arrive at the time schedule appointment. All check in was done on-line. Nothing needed to be done or completed. There are 6 people before me. 2 hours later I start to complain. The heater is set at 80 and this place isn't able to handle the patient volume it accepts. It's unfair. Yes, its my choice to stay, but if the information was listed correctly on the web I would have never schedule the appointment.

Staff, nurse and doctor were very friendly. I walked in with out an appointment. They helped me feel better. I highly recommend them and I will continue to go here.

The front staff wrre nice and we're able to get me in ahead of my online appt time Thankfully. I prefilled out my paperwork. I used the restroom in the front waiting area. There was no toilet paper and the soap dispenser wasn't working at all (gross). Had to use their sink in the exam room with soap. I don't like the feeling of sanitizer nor do I trust it to kill all of the germs. Please make sure the front bathroom is stocked. I came in at 9:45am. They took my back fairly quickly. The girl who did my vitals was nice and kept her distance. There were 2 paitents ahead of me to see the Dr. My exam room was a bit cold and the vent air was zooming in the room. The vent was pretty dirty with dust. Please clean this. I came in with cough and breathing complaints so this dust blowing didn't help

Everyone was friendly enough but I would have rather seen an actual doctor. I was very speedily assessed and sent away. I thought that was odd an a bit inconsiderate but nonetheless I turned out to be fine the next day with just a spider bite on my head. I think the nurse realized I didn't like being sped along so she called me and said she sent a prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. It wasn't horrible and if I ever have to go again I will. I just found it odd that they were not busy and I was rushed out.

The staff there are very nice and friendly. I’ve gone there with my daughter a few times and this time it was for the both of us. They saw us as a team since we are in the same household and both sick. This way we could get the care we need so we weren’t passing our sickness back and forth to each other. The provider Xu FNP, Qing listened to our questions, complaints and let us show her pics of what we’re dealing with to get a better understanding. That’s what a good provider does, which is what my daughter hasn’t been getting at Kaiser. Her provider there, or any staff member there won’t listen to her. She and I got the care we needed so Thank you !
