NextCare Urgent Care Phoenix - Laveen Village

I went to NextCare Urgent care with a persistent cough and sore throat that was bothering me for two days. I called to see if I could be seen because they were closing in less than an hour. Josh answered the phone and I explained how I felt and he said to come - I was there in 15 minutes. I met Josh at the front desk and he was just as pleasant as he was on the phone. The rest of the staff was courteous and professional too . The Nurse Practitioner (Paige?) was a good listener and I could really see she had a genuine desire to make me feel better. Highly recommend.

Appointments are easy to make and they take you back on time/very close to on time. Professional and helpful staff. The providers never make you feel rushed. This is our family's go to urgent care location. Only downside, the website says this location has x-ray but anytime one is needed, no one is on staff that can do x-rays. Not a huge inconvenience, SimonMed Imaging is 5-6 minutes away. Rooms are always clean. Highly recommend this location.

Very efficient and kind staff. What a bright spot to our day even though my husband wasn’t feeling well. We are visitors from Michigan and have established our Urgent Care here as we are usually only here for a few weeks. Would highly recommend being seen here. Thank you!

I was really happy with the service here. I came in about an hour before closing because my daughter was in pain, and I was honestly impressed with the level of care we received so late in the shift. The nursing assistant was incredibly gentle and kind with my daughter and truly seemed happy to be helping, which meant so much to us. There was no wait time, and every staff member we interacted with was helpful and professional. I’m very grateful for the care we received and would absolutely recommend this urgent care.

Nextcare Urgent Care Laveen has been so helpful, and quick. Both my daughters have been sick and they get them back fast, and also they are so sweet and kind to them. I definitely recommend this place if you need somewhere to go, and just make sure you book your appointments because sometimes the physicians don't have walk-ins. Everyone is attentive, and is organized. Give this place a try.
