MinuteClinic at CVS

I went in as a walk-in, signed in, and it showed there was a wait time, so I figured it was fine and decided to wait. After a few minutes a lady came out and asked if I had an appointment. I told her no, that I was doing a walk-in. That’s when she tried to be “nice” about it and told me they couldn’t take me without an appointment. I asked her why they even have a walk-in option then, and she just said she wasn’t sure but she was fully booked. Then she added that without insurance the visit would be around $180 and any treatment would be over $300—she said it in a way like she assumed I couldn’t afford it. It really rubbed me the wrong way I just left

I woke up feeling ill. I was able to be seen the same day. The experience was pleasant and my health professional was outstanding.

I don't know what other people talking about on there reviews I had a good one. I got a TB test done quick and easy.

Nurse is amazing, she is straight up with prices before proceeding. But…cvs billing is TERRIBLE. I had agreed for the payment of my visit when nurse told me the total no issues at all. Days later they charge my car AGAIN without consent! Called billing asking why, they said it was part of the visit. When nurse had already charged me for it that day of my visit. Billing is blaming the nurse and I believe its not her fault because she was upfront with the amount before proceeding. Billing does’t care they have no superiors they just say I apologize the nurse gave you the wrong amount. They did not return the money of the extra charge. This is not okay. This is stealing money without consent.

Great experience at the CVS minute clinic. The nurse was very professional and yet friendly. She was great!
