HonorHealth Urgent Care - Laveen - Baseline Road

I found myself in need of care for an unexpected health condition and visited HonorHealth Urgent Care in Laveen. Upon arrival, the waiting room was empty and I was promptly greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who was fast and efficient with check-in. I waited about 20 minutes, which I felt was very reasonable for a Friday evening after 5 p.m. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were both friendly, compassionate, and took the time to answer all of my questions. From check-in to departure, I was on my way in less than an hour. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and care I received and would not hesitate to return.

I took my daughter in to get some stitches removed from an ankle surgery and the doctor was amazing his name was Dr. Bonati. He was super inviting and his assistant was also helpful.The stitches were hard to remove being really close to her skin but they did the job and did it right. All the staff were really nice also and I would definitely come back if needed. I would honestly recommend this place. Thank you Dr. Bonati and Cecilia.

I brought my son here when he was sick, and the care we received was incredible. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone was kind, and patient. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure my son was comfortable the entire visit. Im grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown to us—highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need.

I needed treatment for an epidermoid cyst that had gotten infected after years of no issue. I went in about ten minutes after opening and only waited a few minutes to get taken back. The receptionist was very kind. Ceecee was my nurses assistant who was extremely kind and gentle and I could tell she did everything in her power to make me comfortable. My provider was Suly who was also extremely kind and gentle and patient. She talked over all my options with me and didn’t pressure me to accept treatment that I was hesitant to do. She was very factual in explaining my options and was very gentle and kind and talked me through the whole process after I decided to move forward with cyst removal. I have never been to a urgent care facility. I am giving them 5 stars. Because I couldn't believe how well they took care of me, I was in and out that day. The doctor listened to me and saw i was in so much pain she subscribed me with the right medication that I needed . I like said I never been to a urgent care before and was super amazed with their services. 👍 I was back to work within a few days and was bragging how well they treated me. 👍👍👍👍 Thank you so much to urgent care for a fast service and very helpfu as welll. 🥰🥰
