NextCare Urgent Care Pasadena

Ive been to a few Urgent Care and have to say that it was better than going to my PCP. I got a same day appt, the place was very clean, the registration was quick, the clerk was very familiar with Tricare insurance, the medical assistant was happy and super attentive. I felt a genuine care from Dr Derek Bonn, he listened to my symptoms and got a diagnosis right away. They are now on my speed dial!

I was dealing with the worst UTI made an appointment so convenient on a Saturday! I checked in and also did my paperwork through the app! Everything was easy the whole staff were so welcoming and warming it was absolutely amazing! The whole appointment was a quick process I was in and out within a hour! Best service ever! I will definitely recommend!

I wouldnt even give them 1 star! Lousy! I called to find out if a certain service ould be performed and was told yes. Receptionist was not friendly at all. Looked like she may have been arguing with someone. I got there paid my deductible and was taken to the back. The person doing triage was fine. The "Doctor" came in took one look at the minor problem then said he couldnt do it. I just needed stitches removed..not heart surgery! I wasnt in there for 5 minutes. They refused to refund my money. My husband took out the stitches....and the "doctor" couldnt????

Dr. Derek was outstanding and all the staff were so polite. The energy that Dr. Derek gives off really reflects on all the staff. The receptionist at the front was very helpful and informative. They showed care to all incoming patients. I was there for a DOT physical exam and the price was fair but the experience that I had with the staff overwhelmed me with comfort and joy. By far the best place to visit just to stop by and say hi. I give this place 100 stars!

Dr. Derrick was really kind and caring. The staff was upbeat, gentle, and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids that wants their little ones to feel welcomed, heard, and cared for.
