NextCare Urgent Care Greeley

My experience here has always been great. I use the online booking tool so I don’t ever have to wait to be seen. Everyone is very helpful as well as knowledgeable. Olivia listened and looked and was able to immediately diagnose as well as explain clearly the cause of my problem and the treatment options. She was understanding and really knows her stuff!! I don’t have a primary physician at this time and this Next Care Urhent Care is always my first choice no matter what I need to see seen for.

I went her at 530 in the evening. There was no waiting. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful since I dont have insurance and helped me sign up with their program and was so sweet and understanding of my situation. The nurse was patient with me and the doctor was very caring and understanding and let me vent on my frustrations. They all had amazing bed side manners!!!

Nurse Practitioner Olivia was absolutely amazing. She took my pain seriously and made sure I understood exactly what was going on every step of the way. She explained things clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to help, not just get you in and out. I left feeling informed, reassured, and actually relieved. I’m very grateful for the care she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Quick and easy. In and out. Didn't really find out much about what was wrong with me or my daughter but they were friendly and listened to the issues and the best part was I was able to see the doctor at the same time as my 10-year-old daughter so we were both together not separate the total amount of time spent in that was about an hour I was very convenient being sick you know you don't want to sit in doctor's office for very long. I would go back and use their care again if it's more specific on what they actually see people for. I would check depending on what your issue is before you just go in. A lot of things they don't seem to address personally in their care. But there are wonderful things they do do as well it just depends on what you need to be seen for.
