Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant, warm and courteous. The friendly personality from the lady at the front desk set the tone for a great experience. Dr Nkechi, was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I definitely will go back if needed.

I had a great experience at Next Level Urgent Care. The staff is always incredibly caring, attentive, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The Providers - Virginia and Anita to the wonderful MA’s - Sharan, Antonia, and Caitlyn were great! Everyone took the time to listen and explain things clearly. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. From beginning to end, my experience at Next Level Urgent Care was excellent. Michelle at the front desk was warm and welcoming and got me roomed quickly. Nancy (the provider) and Chloe (the assistant) made me feel completely comfortable, found the issue right away, treated me, and sent my prescriptions over fast. I was in and out in less than an hour. The exam is usually painful for me, but Nancy made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. My situation was embarrassing, and they put me at ease the entire time. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

Awesome service. In and out. I went and was told to come back at 1. Thinking to mussel I'm gonna wait for an hour. Nope. They got me right in. Did the test in 15 minutes. I was out of there in maybe 25 minutes. They were my life saver. Street one dose, I'm feeling better already. Thanks Urgent Care!
