Next Level Urgent Care | Pasadena

My husband and I have been prime members for a couple of years through my job and we always have an amazing experience, everyone is so friendly and caring, the nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable, I’ve seen Ana the NP (I believe that’s her name), multiple times and she’s super sweet. The wait is not too bad and the place is very clean. I highly recommend this Urgent care in Pasadena 🫶🏻 Thank you guys!

We went into Next Level Urgent Care on Fairmont for my daughter to get a COVID, flu, and strep test. The staff was so kind and patient with her, which made the process much easier. The check-in was quick, and we didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The provider explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the results and next steps. The clinic was very clean and organized. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience—I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care.

The staff is amazing! They are polite and very helpful. They assessed and handled my situation immediately!! I told my coworkers about them they all agreed that the office is great!! Not a one of us had anything negative to say!! Highly recommend for urgent care!

I really like the nurse practitioner, Ana. I’ve been to Next Level a few times and she has always been the person who cared for me. I actually prefer to go there than my primary doctor. They can even do a chest x-ray on-site. Better than my doctor’s office can do! They would just sent me somewhere else and I would have to wait for someone to read it and get the results 2-3 days later! I’ve always been happy with the care I’ve received at Next Level!

I have been here with my parents 2 times. The first time was a few months ago, and they were amazing. Today, we had to come back because of my moms sciatic nerve pain. We only had to wait about 5-10 minutes before being sent back, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The tech, Amber, was amazing. She spoke Spanish so she was able to talk to my mom, and she was just so warm and kind. The provider, Ana, was also just as great. She was sweet and caring, and mad sure to explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this place!
