Next Level Urgent Care | Beaumont

Every staff member is very nice and helpful. I love this facility. It's very clean and they really take care of the patients. I go there instead of my primary care physician. Can't begin to say enough good things about Next Level Urgent Care in Beaumont. I highly recommend trying them. It's all in their name, Next Level! Thank you Tammy, Alexis, Sara, and Jackie the nurse practitioner. You all gave excellent service!

I took my elderly mother to Next Level Urgent Care and had a very positive experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was patient, kind, and attentive, which meant so much to us. Medical assistants Rockell, Alexis, and Juan were all professional and compassionate and treated my mother with great care and respect. Missy was wonderful as the provider, took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure my mother felt comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would absolutely recommend this location.

I walked in and was greeted with a smile. They helped me with the questions I had and explained everything to me. They got me to an examination room quickly took my vitals and gave me some cold bottled water. I was quickly taken for an xray and had great conversation with tech. My doctor came in smiling and explained everything going on. The prescriptions were sent and ready for pick up by the time I got to my car. Amazingly clean, quick and staff!

We had an exceptional visit today at Next Level Urgent Care. My granddaughter was quite ill and with her pediatrician’s office closed on weekends, we chose to visit NLUC. I’m so glad we did. The staff were all so kind, friendly, and supportive. Their professionalism was extraordinary, and their facility was comforting and welcoming

I have the app and scheduling an appointment or hopping in line for an urgent visit is a breeze,especially if you're a returning patient. Today, I got in and out in under an hour. My tech Tammy and my Nurse Practitioner Paula were amazing. Fast, friendly and thorough. Honestly, they felt like my moms and I felt cared for. Will continue to use this place for all my urgent care needs.
