Dr. Ruff and her team are fabulous!! I struggled with a wound on my left big toe for about 4 years. Yes, I said about 4 years before coming this wound care center. I had seen multiple doctors who tried numerous protocols which failed to solve the problem. I even tried hyperbaric treatment at great expense without the toe healing. I can now say, thanks to Dr. Ruff and her team, Peggy, Erica and others, my toe is now healed after less than a year of treatment. You cannot know how great-full and happy I am. I cannot praise New-York Presbyterian/Queens Center for Wound Healing and Dr. Ruff and her team enough!

The staff there is fabulous. Doctor Huang was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His 2 assistants, Betty and Erica, were extremely helpful, washing and wrapping my legs with Betty going beyond the call of duty.. walking us to the exit when she overheard me saying, I wasn’t sure how to find it and then stopping me mid walk to adjust my slippers because my toes are sticking out and she was afraid I would bang them on anything

The "supervisor" told me that "he's busy you know" when asking for him to repeat a phone number. When confronted on his attitude, he said to stop bothering him and hung up. Insane?!?!
