Best Choice Pharmacy

i am not pleased with the recent staff changes. my requests to this new pharmacist are ignored. very disappointed with best choice's service lately. considering changing pharmacies because i'm not sure i can wait until the sweet indian pharmacist comes back from her maternity leave. the only person keeping me here all these years is the lovely carina.

I've been a long time resident of Briarwood and it wasn't until recently that I've started visiting this pharmacy. Unlike the other pharmacies in the neighborhood, Best Choice's staff are very courteous and professional. They're like a breath of fresh air. It's always a delight coming into the pharmacy and being able to speak the pharmacist, Fathima, one-on-one. She is an absolute sweetheart! And Freddy has been so wonderful assisting me with all my OTC needs, even ordering whatever items I request that they do not have in stock. Very accommodating! My mother and I will definitely be transferring all of our prescriptions to this pharmacy. Keep up the good work Best Choice!

I just wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience was with Fathema, the pharmacist. From the moment I spoke with her, she was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She made sure my medication was ready quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. It’s not every day you come across someone in healthcare who goes out of their way to make you feel valued and cared for, but Fathema truly did. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and thoughtful service made a stressful situation so much easier for me. I’m really grateful for her help and am glad to know there are people like her to help so many others!

I had such a great experience with the pharmacist Fathema! During our very first interaction, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and understanding . She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my prescription was ready as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, she kept me informed and made sure I understood everything. It’s very rare to find someone who brings such compassion and professionalism to their work these days. Her kindness truly made a difference during a time that was quite overwhelming. I’m so thankful for her dedication and care!

The pharmacist (Fathema) is so professional and kind. Goes above and beyond for patients. Took extra time to transfer in my prescription, and got insurance approval. She went over how to use the new medication and answered all questions I had. The whole team, including Karina, was really great. Excellent response / call back time. Great attention to detail, care and customer service. Definately will be coming back.
