The Silvercrest Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

My visit to the wound care center was beyond my expectations. Starting with Doctor Huang Who was very knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly And attentive. . His 2 assistants, Peggy and Erica, were likeWise fantastic, Carefully cleaning my wounds and wrapping my legs. Peggy went beyond the call of duty by escorting us to the exit when she heard me tell my wife that I had no idea where the exit was and then stopped me mid walk to adjust my slippers because my toes were sticking out too much and she was conceerned that I might bang them while walking.

MY first time visiting the facility and needless to say that I was not familiar with the sign in/sign out system. I found the front desk staff was not very supportive or nice. The visit provided ME with a comfortable feeling that the person whom I visited seemed to be in good spirits and I don't think that would be IF she was being mistreated. I'll be conducting more frequent visits and looking forward to better front desk treatment. I Must say that the security guard on duty was very polite during the checkout. Two Thumbs Up 👍👍 for him.

The wound care is great otherwise this rehab has people who do not care for the patients that reside here. You should be passionate to be a nurse or a cna but apparently they come for a paycheck and don’t care for the patients. You should love what you do. The cna’s are overworked. There are patients on the floor who have severe bed soars and they don’t seem to care. They don’t want you to know what’s going on but be observant. I bet you 100 percent if a love one of their’s were in the same position they will feel the same way. There are some wonderful nurses and not so wonderful ones who are rude to you just because you are concerned of a love one and you have valid reasons to be concerned. Developing uti’s and other infections are serious at a rehab facility. They need to change the way

This one star rating is being generous. It is sad that this facility has an advertised rating of 4 stars. This rating is NOT appropriate for what little service my mother received or didn't receive while at this facility . The nurses and I used this term loosely blatantly ignored their responsibility of caring for my mother who was wearing a wound vac placed by her surgeon. The nurses on staff knew absolutely nothing of its importance. The wound vac was abruotly removed and it should not have been. The removal created a significant chain of events that has resulted in additional hospitalization and has had a direct bearing on an infection that didn't have to be. I say all this to say the general public has a right to know of the incompetent staff luming the hallways of this facility. So f

The Service and the welcome is Great! The ambience warm and peaceful clean and organized well treated it! All Personal really cooperative! Brother as a Patient has definitely been well treated and taking care off! We can say and tell only good things about this place! Been visiting my brother for over a year and one thing that I really love is the way the staff makes us feel and how much they care for my brother and mother they all called her mama! The love and affection is overwhelming Great place Great Staff Great care facility!! May God continue blessing this beautiful location and all employees!
