From the moment you walk into the office, you are treated so well. BRENDA , Dr Lim’s assistant is amazing. She makes you feel so relaxed. What a professional, lovely person! There is noone like Dr Lim! She is a bright, kind knowledgeable doctor who really cares about her patients. You leave this office feeling great! Heartfelt THANKS to everyone.

Wait time here is unusually long. My appointment was at 10:30am but didn’t get seen until 11am. I used to love this location it is where I’ve been coming for over 8 years but I don’t know what changed that it has affected their wait times this much. It was never like this. Time to find a new doctor.

Dr Metha is very professional and excellent Doctor. She listen yo the patient and very approachable. Staff in the crint desk are friendly

Avoid delivery and postpartum “care” with this office. Completely negligent, ignoring phone calls and messages trying to be seen before the standard 6 weeks after a traumatic birth. I ended up in the ER 3 days after being discharged with an infection and blood clots at my IV site. Then I was told to see a General Practitioner who was immediately concerned and referred me to in-hospital specialists for iron infusions. Once that 6 week appointment rolled around, my issues were still ignored and undiagnosed, told to “just start birth control”. Again weeks of calls and messages to finally come in 2 weeks later when they performed an ultrasound and I was sent to surgery the next day, 9 weeks postpartum. It was a horrific experience and I am shocked to see NYP Columbia is affiliated.

Wonderful staff. I absolutely adore Dr.Whyte she’s sharp knowledgeable and very caring. I’ll follow her wherever she goes.
