This hospital saved my life on July 4 2025. After being told by EMS that they weren't taking to the hospital i suggested. The next option was Woodhull (where I DIDN'T want to go.) I commuted to Methodist hospital on public transportation. I remembered was arriving at the emergency room desk and having a seat awaiting my turn. Then next thing was awaking in a hospital bed with intravenous tubes on several locations of my body and being told that I underwent surgery for a life a death situation. After this shocking news by the medical staff it was at this point that I was also informed that I was no longer at Methodist, I was transported to this hospital immediately because they were more equipped to handle my emergency situation 😢. Could you image how confusing this was? To assume you're a
So my Zumba student Candace is a physical therapist at NYP. We had spoken a bit about my injuries and how I can get better. She told me about her office and I decided to give it a chance. My experiences with physical therapy have never been fruitful, I always felt like I was simply wasting my time and money. But my friend Candace seemed a bit more knowledgeable and confident than the other places I’ve been to. I saw her for a few weeks and I think she knows her stuff. She gave me a few moves that I do when I feel really bad neck pain, and for the most part, it has been helping me. I can’t remember all the moves that she gave me to do, but she also emailed them to me, so I have them there if I want a refresher. The location is pretty much like any other PT location, but the staff is real
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is renowned for expert medical care and advanced treatments, though patient experiences vary with occasional long waits and busy facilities. Overall highly trusted.
Does Dr. Harry Fisch have pizza and grape soda in your cafeteria?
Worst hospital & ER in the whole city. Avoid at all cost. Employees are emotionless. They don’t care if you’re good or dying. A really sad representation of how NYC is. No hospitality at all. I waited in the ER for a day & a half to get a bed. Dirty filthiest place you can imagine. Only plus is they have great doctors so that’s one star. Don’t waist your time leaving your own area for this piece of garbage hospital. You will regret it. Nurses are terrible rude and inexperience. Bathrooms are disgusting. They treat everyone worse than dogs. You will remember my words if you chance going there.
