Amazing experience giving birth at Allen with my OBGYN Mazin Abdullah and the care of nurse practitioner Suri Sonia. The hospital nurse at labor and delivery DARA MATSEOANE was the sweetest must caring nurse. Something I need to mentioned is the hospital food DELICIOUS. My only complaint is that the hospital should have more support for breastfeeding mothers.

How hard can it be to transfer a call to the appropriate department? I ask for inpatient rehab, I get transferred to postpartum. 40 minutes on hold and 3 different operators later, I get transferred to the right department but the wrong hospital. I give up. If you can’t assure continuity of care, maybe don’t take patients.

Great experience delivering at NYP Allen Hospital. Writing this review to personally thank RN Francheska Gomez and Midwife Stefanie Ferraro for making my delivery experience so wonderful. I am forgetting the person who gave me my epidural but he was also incredible. Shout out to the cooks and chefs in the kitchen. Any food I didn’t eat I brought home with me in to go containers. I am only giving 3 stars because I had to share a room with another person and I think the postpartum experience could have been a bit better. Nurses ignoring pages or taking long. They also messed up my wrist with the IV it’s been over a week since delivery and I’m still in pain.

Upon entering the emergency room, after being checked by security, I proceeded to the check-in desk where employee Libby Abraham was stationed. From the very beginning of our interaction, Mr. Abraham was extremely rude and unprofessional. He immediately looked at me and said, “Last name,” without any greeting or acknowledgment. I responded by saying, “Hello, how are you?” to which he replied, “I’m good, last name?” His tone and demeanor were dismissive and disrespectful. Although taken aback by his behavior, I still provided the requested information. As a patient seeking care, I found this interaction unacceptable. Emergency room staff should demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and basic human decency, especially when dealing with individuals who may already be under stress or discom

Icu very unprofessional. Nurses missed my vein 9 times. Im in pain and they won't answer the button. They just ignore it. They tell you one thing and another tells you something else. They tell you things just to shut you up. I've asked for biceps water at 5pm. It's 11pm. I hate this place. Domt come here if you value the quality of your healthcare
